As meditation is more effective if you are not restricted, wear clothing that is comfortable.
If you would prefer to practice the meditations lying down instead of sitting, feel free to bring an exercise mat, and maybe a towel that can be rolled up to form a pillow.
It is advisable to bring some water with you, to keep hydrated.
Please bring the completed Client Intake Form/Disclaimer to your first lesson. Don't worry, if you forget I'll have some copies available at the first class.
