So you’ve read a little about my background, about some of the benefits of meditation, and about why you should choose me to introduce you to meditation. But what you really want to know is when & where the meditation classes are, what you will learn, what you need to bring with you, and how much it will cost.

What You’ll Need

Each week I will supply you with a summary of that week’s lesson, plus some links on where to find online meditations for you to practice in your own time. Please bring these along to each class, so that you can add to your library.

Comfortable Clothing

As meditation is more effective if you are not restricted, wear clothing that is comfortable.

Mat / Towel

If you would prefer to practice the meditations lying down instead of sitting, feel free to bring an exercise mat, and maybe a towel that can be rolled up to form a pillow.

Water

It is advisable to bring some water with you, to keep hydrated.

Forms

Please bring the completed Client Intake Form/Disclaimer to your first lesson. Don't worry, if you forget I'll have some copies available at the first class.
