What is Root Cause Therapy™?

Root Cause Therapy™, or RCT, is a holistic modality that works with your subconscious mind to identify and release negative emotions and limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs sit in your subconscious, blocking you from moving forward and living the life you deserve.

Root Cause Therapy draws on elements of Regression therapy, Inner child work, Timeline therapy, Meditation, Somatic therapy, Kinesiology, and others in order to locate the Root Cause of patterns and triggers for current behaviours. Whilst you will be guided into a deep relaxation you will always be aware of what is happening, and in control of the session.

Once the Root Cause of a limiting belief has been identified, somatic therapy* is used to release the trapped emotion from your body. You are then guided back to the present, releasing the emotions from events where this limiting belief has held you back.

* Somatic therapy is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body to address emotional and physical health issues, including trauma and PTSD. It helps individuals become aware of how stress, tension, and trauma are stored in the body and then guides them to release these sensations and emotions through various body-based techniques.
