I am a dedicated practitioner with a deep passion for guiding others through their personal journey of healing and self-discovery. Drawing on a wide range of modalities including Root Cause Therapy, Holistic Counselling, and Holistic Coaching, I offer a compassionate and grounded approach to transformation. I combine the principles of Life Coaching with the wisdom of Natural Therapy and Alternative Health to support lasting change at the emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. My sessions often incorporate Meditation and Energy Healing, helping clients access deeper states of awareness and achieve profound emotional healing. With a belief that true well-being comes from treating the whole person, I create a safe and empowering space for individuals to heal from the inside out.
It starts with a phone call where connect and establish a rapport. During this call I will answer any questions you may have and get your contact details. Should you decide to proceed, I will send you some paperwork to complete a couple of days prior to your first appointment.
During the actual sessions, we will work together to uncover emotions and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back or be the source of repeated negative patterns in your life.
Talking is only a small part of the process. You will be guided into a deep relaxation, where you are able to access your subconscious mind, allowing buried memories to be made conscious. This is not hypnosis, but rather a meditative breathwork. You will remain aware of everything that is happening and be in control at all times.
You will then be guided through a process designed to allow you to release these memories, freeing you to become more closely aligned with your true self.
After your session, you may experience a “Healing Hangover” where you might feel a little emotional, or not quite yourself. This is normal, and temporary. However, because of this, it is recommended that sessions are undertaken when you will be able to rest immediately afterwards.
All sessions can be conducted online via Zoom, or in person on the Sunshine Coast.

This package of three sessions includes an Introductory Session, and two Additional Sessions. This enables you to get more comfortable with the process, dive deeper, and release more beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back. Generally, you will experience a noticeable change and be provided with the opportunity to review your progress.

Have you had sessions in the previous 18 months, and found additional beliefs or patterns may now be surfacing? These Additional Sessions allow you to continue your healing journey without disruption.
You may be wondering what meditative breathwork is used to help you relax. It’s common name is “Belly Breathing”, so-called because rather than your chest rising and falling, your belly does.
It is the simplest form of breathwork involving nothing more than slowing and deepening your respiration rate, through the use of your diaphragm as opposed to using your chest muscles. This form of breathwork assists in activating the bodies rest and relaxation response, and is the foundation of all meditation practices. Master this, and in addition to becoming more relaxed, you have already begun to reap some of the health benefits of meditation.
To practice this form of breathwork sit, lie or even stand comfortably and begin to focus on your breathing. Using your diaphragm – the muscle between your lungs and abdominal cavity – to assist with drawing air in, gently begin to breathe deeper into your lungs. When exhaling, simply allow the air to exit your lungs.
Instead of your rib cage expanding and contracting with each breath, you will notice your stomach expanding and contracting. It may be more noticeable (in the beginning) if you place one hand on your belly, and the other hand on your chest.
As you get used to this technique, you will notice that each breath gets slower and deeper. You will also notice that you are able to belly breathe without having to consciously think about it – it can become your default breathing style.
By practicing this form of breathwork, you will notice that you begin to relax and your mind begins to still. Half an hour of this breathing can be as restful as several hours of sleep, and it can be practiced almost anywhere. It is ideal if you find yourself needing to re-focus on a task at hand, a quick boost during the day, or you need to take a minute to defuse some anger. Remember – Just Breathe.
